I make these crostinis for small dinner parties (half the recipe and for large parties. I am always asked for the recipe and they are always the first to go. You must try these!

These were amazing. I can't wait to make them this summer when my tomatoes are ready to harvest.

Amazing recipe - this is now a staple we bring to parties and are asked repeatedly for it!

I made these for Super Bowl Sunday and they were very good. But what made them great was the leftover feta. After it was refrigerated for a day, it was amazing. I made them for a bridal shower and made sure to make everything the day before and just assemble on the shower day. Everyone absolutely loved them. Several people have already asked for the recipe. I cannot find one bad thing to say about them. I made it exactly like Ina said to and they were wonderful. I noticed on some reviews that the pine nuts were let out. I know they are pricey, but definitely worth it.

This is an excellent, fresh appetizer. It tastes amazing and looks beautiful and it is so easy! As with many of Ina's recipes, I halved the salt and thought it was still outstanding. Otherwise, I followed the recipe exactly. Trader Joe's has some mini heirloom tomatoes that were just perfect for this. I had some of the tomato mixture left over, so I added it to our tossed green salad. Delicious!

This was so good I thought I died and went to feta heaven! I made the feta part last night and prepared the tomatoes this afternoon. Delicious! Husband & dinner guests loved it. Followed recipe exactly but served on crostini type cracker. Yum!

Totally awesome! I made this for a small gathering and one of the guests doesn't like tomatoes. I made it with chopped celery, cucumber and radishes. I would have added shallots or scallions but they don't eat them either. They loved this dish. I was amazed. So, be creative. I love it just the way it is but I liked the 'new' version too.

Easy and yummy! Everyone raved for these when I made them as an appetizer. The lemon really adds a nice kick. I'll definitely make them again. Only change I made was skipping the pine nuts

Followed the recipe exactly and loooooved these!! The whipped feta was to die for. Took them to a party where they sat for a few hours. The bread did get a little soft, but we didn't mind that at all. Everyone loved them and they were beautiful on the platter... so colorful. I'm not a big cherry tomato fan, but these were delicious. A wonderful taste of summer in the middle of winter!! Will definitely make again.
