The whole family absolutely loved these, made them exactly as written and will make over and over again. The orange flavor is strong, particularly in the sauce, but we liked it this way. It's a healthy go-to recipe that is both quick enough for a weeknight meal and good for company!

Just made the pork (using what I had during the Blizzard of 2013!!! & shared it with neighbors. We all loved how moist it was! I used a cornstarch slurry (mix it into some cold water before adding it to the hot liquid! instead of arrowroot. Tasty!!

made these for superbowl sunday. The pork, slaw and sauce was delish.Thank you Giada. This recipe is a keeper. Using the leftover pork tonight in a stir fry. I am going to mix up extra 'marinade' for the sauce.
sidenote: wish i could find a bakery in the seattle area that makes wholewheat rolls. I used the dinner rolls from costco; they were to dense and gummy.

I liked the slaw, but marinated the pork for too long I think. The orange taste was too strong.

Made this for super bowl party. Everyone loved it. So easy and delicious. Nice change of pace for a party. We grilled the tenderloin instead of baking it - even in 20 degree weather, but I loved the slaw and sauce with it as well. Another great Giada recipe!

100 percent delicious. Made it exactly as the recipe stated. Everyone loved it. I made the slaw in the morning so that it would have lots of time to absorb the flavors. I marinated the pork for about 4 hours. The flavor was definitely present. The sauce rivaled any from a good Chinese restaurant. We definitely will have this dinner again. I served it with Tunisian couscous that I cooked in chicken stock and flavored with ginger, orange peel, and scallions. My family can't wait until I make this again. Thank you for this recipe!

I made this for dinner last night and it was a hit! I marinaded the meat overnight and it was delicious. I didn't have time to make the slaw so I used store bought slaw with the Hawaiian rolls. This was a very nice change of pace!

Very tasty! Was worried the citrus would precook pork if marinaded longer than couple of hours but it didn't after 5hours. Mini Hawaiian sliders with ready made coleslaw. Happened to have a tenderloin in fridge while watching episode. Perfect !!

Absolutely wonderful and a hit with my husband. Made it for dinner last night. Will be making it again next weekend, but will marinade the pork overnight.

What a great recipe. I followed it exactly (I always do the first time and it turned out great. I had to substitute cornstarch for the arrowroot so I guess not EXACTLY but pretty close. It was the hit of Sunday dinner. I was making sliders of various kinds but everyone wound up putting the sweet and sour sauce on the shrimps and the meatballs and .... Really, really yummy. Thank you for sharing.
