Great easy recipe. This was a nice Saturday night meal for my family of five. I did have to prepare the quesadilla before putting in the pan so that it didn't burn while trying to add the fillings. I added some sour cream, shredded lettuce & salsa to our plates & it was a hit! Can definitely see me making this dish again.

I forgot this was a quesadillas I used chicken tenders and pounded them slightly. I made like taco's no cheese and put on sour cream evey one liked them will make again. Hopefully next time i will make them right.

I just wanted to say I made this recipe and it was great. My guy said it was restaurant style quality, so a 5 star. I have been a fan of Ree since I have seen her show. I was born in New England, but have been in OK for 23 years now. So great to know she is a transplant like me as well. Thanks for giving down to earth recipes to us.

This made a fanstastic dinner. Everyone loved this meal and it was very easy. The taste of the quesadillas was the same as if you were in a Mexican restaurant. It did take about a half hour to make which is a little longer than the recipe said it would take to make. I followed the recipe exactly except that I went ahead and cut the chicken into bite size pieces before I cooked it. It made it easier than cutting the chicken into strips and then cutting it into bite size pieces and the chicken cooked even quicker. Also I used frozen peppers. This also made it easier and alot cheaper than using fresh peppers. If you like quesadillas, you need to make this recipe. It is a keeper.

I truly found this receipe to be wonderful, easy and very tasty. My husband fell in love with them. I made the mistake of using packaged monterey jack cheese and immediately saw my mistake, as well as tasted the difference. Can anyone tell me how to purchase a block of monterey jack cheese that is equal to approximately 2 cups? Please advise.

The best quesadilla's I've ever had! Adding taco seasoning is a great idea to give it more flavor. I dipped it in salsa instead of making the pico mixture bc my husband doesn't like tomatoes. I also pounded my chicken flat so that it would cook a little faster. I would highly recommend this recipe!

The Grandkids were all thumbs up on this one! My wife made some extra peppers and chicken. Really good the next day, added some refried beans then added the chicken and peppers. YUM
