Used 4 HALF chicken breasts, added a chopped shallot and 2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes. This makes a HUGE pan full of food!

I added some more spices, cheese, and wished I would have soaked the chicken in a brine and seasoned it more before cooking it. It was tasty though and I will make it again for sure!!

This recipe is very good and easy but does need some tweeking. I added 1/2 red onion and a whole white onion. I also added 6 cloves of garlic but very easily could have doubled. I used more wine and broth than called for because after reducing I wanted more of a glaze on the pasta so I added another 1/2 cup of the wine and broth and then let it cook down while the spinach wilted. I could also see making this for lent without the chicken. It was very flavorful. I used Pinot Grigio wine.
    Will make again!!

Very easy and delicious. I'll use this method with different veggies and other pasta shapes as well. It's a blank slate for whatever you have on hand. Fantastic

Very good and simple to make. Feeds an army! We like a lot of flavor so I ramped up all the spices otherwise it is quite bland. Doubled the garlic, I know this sounds like a lot, but it worked great! I used fresh and sliced it instead of minced. And used a lot of cracked pepper and salt.

Very tasty dish and easy to pull together. I did some reviews said it was a little bland and since everything is better with bacon, I crisped some pancetta and cooked the chicken in the drippings with some butter and olive oil. Added great flavor and texture. Will definitely make again.

I read the reviews before making this. After reading I cut the recipe in half since it makes an enormous amount. Some of the reviews said it was a little bland so I added Italian seasoning and it turned out great!! Will add this to my favorites.
