Easy and hearty dish when you cook the pound of pasta BUT it lacked a bit of flavor. Needed a bit more than just the garlic and grated cheese.

This was awesome and so easy to prepare. My grandchildren loved it and normally they would never eat spinach. I've doubled the recipe because my daughter and granddaughter always want leftovers for their lunch the next day and so do I.

Delicious. I changed some of the ingredients to fit my healthy light cooking style, and it was great! Didn't need as much liquid. May I suggest less broth with the same wine.

Very easy! Took me a little longer due to my altitude. Will add a little more garlic next time. I'm wondering if I can freeze my leftovers?

It was definitely quick and easy but was a little bland, like the sauce needed just q litle sometthing. Mayb some red pepper flakes next time

I went to the stores to buy the ingredients...and living in upstate NY things weren't available..but I took a lot of Ree's ingredients ...AND....I sauteed onions, baby portabellos and garlic in butter and oil....put them aside when soft....added shrimp ( I buy frozen shrimp16-20"s when I can in the middle of a large pan....added frozen steamed asparagus that had been microwaved ( no fresh spinach available, grape tomatoes, the wine, the broth, and penne...and some 4 shredded italian cheese...it was wonderful!!! Thank you Ree for the recipe!
