I tried this, being skeptical, and found it to be absolutely scrumptious!!!
I also added the honey-almond salad accents to the salad. I will definitely use it again. It goes well with cocoa-rubbed pork tenderloin. It also makes a gorgeous presentation.

What a fun salad for Valentine's Day! I wasn't sure how it would taste, but wanted to carry the chocolate theme throughout the meal. Even had the small heart shaped cookie cutter and already had chocolate balsamic vinegar which was half the battle. Was pleasantly surprised. Very tasty combination with the croutons and the crumbled chocolate bacon bar and the pretty red color of the vinaigrette made a fun presentation.

Great variation on the wedge salad! We added toasted walnuts and some goat cheese. The kids devoured it! They loved the idea of chocolate on their salad!
