This was tasty with the sour cream in there! Much better than the chicken and rice casserole I grew up on. I also used brown rice.

Though you won't win any cooking awards with this meal, it was very tasty and so easy!! Kind of tastes like a homemade version of a chicken (hamburger helper meal! My incredibly picky toddler actually ate it! I'll be making it again for that reason and for how surprisingly yummy it was for how easy it was to throw together.

Very easy and tasty! My teenage boys loved it. I used brown quick rice instead of the white.

This was a great recipe for a quick weeknight meal. My toddler loved it, and asked for multiple helpings!

This was actually very tasty.
I used brown rice so I simmered the rice and chicken stock for 20 minutes while I assembled the rest of the ingredients. I whisked the sour cream into the rice mix and then added it to the skillet. well, I actually used a cast iron dutch oven. Changes, I would add more broccoli... maybe more tomato. The dill havarti is a must though.. it's really makes the dish. I don't know if the parmesan is necessary. I suspect I wouldn't even notice it was missing

My husband finally said I made a chicken and rice cassarole he enjoyed!!!! Before, it was one of his least favorite dishes that I would prepare; this time, the leftovers were gone before 24 hours. I did not have the Havarti Cheese, so I substituted with a Colby/Jack Blend....yummy!

I follow the recipe but add in whatever extras are on hand (frozen peas, chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, mushrooms, etc I keep extra dill havarti on hand as a garnish for the servings.

This was one of the easiest recipes ever. I did change alot / cauliflower instead of broccoli, provolone cheese instead of havarti and added dill to the broth. I couldn't find Havarti/Dill. My loved it so much we made it again two nights later.

This was the perfect comfort-food dish!! I cooked two large chicken breasts beforehand instead of a rotisserie and didn't have a skillet that could go in the oven, so I had to transfer it to a baking dish. Turned out perfect! The havarti cheese was very creamy and went great in this dish. Will make again!
