    Delicious and so easy to make! The only thing is that the recipe shows to add 1/2 cup of soda water, and I think it should actually be 1 1/2 cups...1/2 made the batter too thick to even use, but adding another cup made it very thin, as tempura batter should be. Excellent recipe!!

    This was a real winner! I left some of the shrimp in bigger pieces as well as smaller pieces and everyone in the family loved it. My two year old LOVED the shrimp (minus the wasabi. I have to admit to being a little nervous because my batter seemed thick. No reason to worry. It was awesome!!
