This was a colorful addition to my typical Thanksgiving feast. It was adored by all my family, and was sweet yet tangy. Easy to prepare and easier to eat, try this for your Thanksgiving meal!

Don't know how this could possibly yield 5 cups with only 6 oz cranberries and 1 cup water. It does not say what to do with the rest of the 1/4 cup cornstarch. I used only the tablespoon talked about with the orange juice. The whole thing turned out fine but did not need to cook that long and yielded only about a cup of cranberry sauce.
