Took a star off for the 2 tbls. of Salt~ Way too much!Herbes de Provence are two types. One w/Lavender, the other w/o the Floral notes.Check web~sites for the non~floral type for Children. This is a very Adult palate dish. A welcome change from the "Little Ones" menu.Try it, we have both herbes de provence. Works well&taste great!

I really liked how easy these were to make, no having to dip them in an egg wash/ flour and making a huge mess. They're really quick and easy. They came out perfectly cooked, I just don't think all that salt was necessary, next time I'll barely use any salt.

Both of my kids, husband and everyone at work loved these, including the vinegar dip! It's so nice to finally have a low fat option to our fav fried bar food.

This is a delicious recipe! It cooks quickly and the chicken is so juicy and not the least bit undercooked! The Herbs de Province use lavendar which is unusual to me, but it works. The sherry cooking wine is the key ingredient so don't neglect it.

After being forwarned by the other reviews, I reduced the salt to one teaspoon, the Herbs de Provence to one teaspoon and the onion to 2 teaspoons. My Herbs de Provence didn't list lavender as the first ingredient so it's flavor may have been subdued compared to other brands of the herb. I also used a honey mustard dipping sauce. The result was a very tasty and enjoyable meal. I will do it again.

I made this for dinner and it was excellent. WIll definitely make again.

I made a few modifications because I didn't have all the ingredients in the pantry and they turned out perfect.

    1. As the others have noted you need to reduce the seasalt to about 1 tbsp.
    2. sesame seeds - i used salted and roasted almonds that I finely chopped in the food processor
    3. onion - I used 1 tbsp onion powder
    4. I sprayed the tenders with pam cooking spray about 3 minutes before they were done to make them a bit crisper.

What really made the meal delicious is the salad we paired it with = a baby mixed greens salad that had a hot wasabi vinaigrette.

I wish I had read the reviews before making this. I, however, was unfortunate enough to make this recipe with the amount of salt called for and we had to throw the whole thing away. We tried to eat a few, but it was terrible! It makes me wonder if she meant 2 teaspoons of salt instead of Tablespoons. Either way, I won't be trying this again.
