We only made the Italian Nachos, they are very good! Make sure you add spinach though, not in the recipe but Rachael made them on the show with spinach. Without spinach it feels like you are missing something. You can also make a whole pizza and cut it up into bite size squares for a larger crowd.

I have not made the fish sticks, but the Italian Nachos is a HUGE hit with my friends and family!!!! A real quick, go to dish to nosh on while chatting with the girls over a glass of wine or your 'honey' on a Friday night catching up & relaxing after a long week!
One thing - my 'honey' doesn't like artichokes - I use asparagas when in season! To quote Rachel - YUM-O!!!!!

... but not the worst either. The pita nachos were pretty good although they did come out a little dry. That may have been User Error, who knows. However, the fish stick parm I found to be pretty gross. I wanted to like it but, sadly, I didn'. The sauce was good though. I wouldn't make it again.t

Didn't use the spinach on the Nachos still both kids ate it up! The sauce was the easiest and now my son wants to eat it on everything. Thanks!

That was the comment from my 4 year old! She and my 1 year old loved the Fish Stick Parm (I didn't try the nachos this time It was quick, easy and GOOD! I used Gortons crispy fish fillets, and another tomato sauce recipe, but this was great! I highly recommend it!

Nachos: I loved them. They had all my favorites in them. But my husband, ever the picky eater, turned up his nose at the olives and artichoke hearts. Fish: Everyone loved it. I think the secret is to buy good quality fish sticks so they don't get soggy - and make sure you use only HALF of the sauce, and they'll get crispy. It was a good play on regular ol' fish sticks!

On her TV show Rachel added frozen spinach which I do not see in the recipe online.

So, after burning the first batch of pita chips...blaming my oven for that! My kids loved to help with this. They are ages 4 and 7 and really enjoyed it. I left off the spinach because as my 4 year old said, "Rachel Ray says to use what you have." Plus, I didn't want to scare them off right away. I did use another reviewer's idea of adding chicken. I also added green onions for color. They inhaled it! Another bonus, the kids loved the provolone cheese! Goodbye American slices! Hello gourmet cheese aisle!
