    Refreshing summer salad. I've made it for family and it is now a regular request from all of them.

    Great combination of flavors. I loved the refreshing fennel flavor against the sweetness of the orange pieces and dressing and the saltiness of the olives. Looks very pretty - great for a summery Italian meal. I used only 1/2 a red onion and it seemed like plenty. I also have extra dressing, but don't mind since it was really yummy.
