    This was soooo good and a new way to eat onions as a side. So flavorful and healthy. I will be making this often!

    I love the barefoot contessa's food but this one burned so badly in the oven and i followed it like clock work and the onions didnt get done in the middle ... i am going to try it one more time on a lower temperature and if it changes i will let every one know... also i didnt have enough marinade for the onions and non left over so i am going to double the marinade and see if that works...

    And easy to make. This will be a new "regular" at my house. I do suggest lining the baking pan with foil- I don't know if my pan will ever be clean again.

    This recipe of course is so easy, and well worth it. Would go with any meal, and the onions end up so sweet, that they taste like candy. Oh so good.

    I will cook at 425 - 450 next time. The results are too limp and not crisp enough. The vinaigrette is superb and MAKES the recipe.

    This was very easy to prepare. The lemon made it different from regular roasted onions. They caramelized nicely and melted in my mouth. They were sweet and by far the best roasted onions I've ever had.
