    I'm not a big fan of hamburgers, so I try to find recipes that make them taste better. This was one of them. Give it a try!

    These burgers were the best we have ever eaten at home or at any restaurant. Multiple layers of flavor and very juicy. Too bad it's all reality TV on the food network now. :(

    This recipe was easy and delicious. I used regular ground chuck, and they turned out juicy and so flavorful. I won't make them any other way!

    Way to go Emeril! This is the best seasoned burger I've ever tasted. I like it more than gourmet burgers at high end restaurants.

    These burgers were really good. I don't have a meat grinder, so I used regular ground chuck.

    I was not able to use fresh steak/chuck, so I simply used ground chuck and followed the rest of the recipe. Allowed the mixture to marinate with the ground chuck in fridge for about and hour and cooked. Absolutely wonderful, juicy and very flavorful

    This recipe has way too much seasoning, especially the Worcestershire sauce. The good beef flavor is ruined by the excess.

    My kids enjoyed watching Emeril make their favorite dish not to mention the fries. They were absolutely amazed. They want me to get started in the kitchen but who has a kitchen like Emeril. Someday (lol
