This was a delicious dressing! It was easy to prepare and my picky eaters really liked it. My 9 year old said it was rich and full of flavor. I didn't have any trouble cooking the garlic over low heat, it did not burn, it was caramelized to perfection. I can't wait to make it again!

This was a very tasty dressing and roasting the garlic in the pan was super easy. I roasted a few extra to snack on.

should have read more reviews first. i saw this on her show today and it looked great. to me it just tastes like slimy olive oil with a garlic flavor. hoping to tweak it enough to eat for dinner tonight.

This is my 'go to' salad that impresses everyone. Easy to do and so very tasty.

My husband & I love this dressing....My ONLY gripe is I think there may have been a typo in the recipe?? Chopped garlic for 20 minutes? Not happening. It does NOT get soft, it simply gets burnt...10 minutes MAX on LOW heat is all I can manage. Tastes delicious though!

I'm curious, does anyone else have this problem with the garlic hardening & burning?

Followed the recipe exactly and it was bleh. Sunny's Big Chopped Salad with Creamy Bacon Dressing is a much better use of my romaine. Still love Rachael though, and it definitely was easy to make, just not my fave.

I love garlic and this dressing is so simple! It came out a bit thick and the mustard was overwhelming, so I used some lemon juice to lighten it up, probably about 1.5 Tbsp. next time I'll do 1/3 the mustard and add more if needed. Overall I really like it.

I was very disappointed in this dressing. It was a waste of my delicious roasted garlic. If you are looking for a delicious roasted garlic dressing try Emeril's Creamy Garlic Dressing: http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/emeril-lagasse/romaine-salad-with-creamy-garlic-dressing-and-roasted-garlic-croutons-recipe/index.html

Unbelievable dressing. It was a hit with my whole family. I too added a little lemon and a bit more salt. Thanks!
