I am so sorry I missed your first show because I voted for you. I did, however, check out your recipes and the steak and potatoes were a real hit with my husband. Can't wait to see your show this weekend. Nice to have you as an addition to the Food Network channel. It's the only channel I watch because I love to cook!

Very easy to do, great flaovrs, and the presentation is tremendous. The potatoes cooked in the olive oil and rosemary was delightful with the flank steak. Super fun and good meal!!

My hubby was late and I already started his dinner. I cooked the steak for a total of 15m, one side 10m., covered it in foil to keep warm. I added a splash more wine and broth to the sauce pan. The steak sat for 20m and the sauce simmered for an hour and my husband and I loved it! I never cooked a flank steak before and it was perfect, nice and pink in the center and full of juice. The sauce was perfect and so easy. We are so glad you won. I am a stay at home mom and I love easy and yummy. Amy, some sweet advice; smile, relax, make some mistakes because you are human and laugh at yourself. Most people will be laughing with you and not at you. Good job Amy!!

The sauce was very easy to make.
My wife thought that the sauce would be too overwhelming. To her surprise, it was light and complimented the flank steak very nicely. The kids loved it too.

Very easy, inexpensive and made for a nice "fake-out" fancy dinner.
Side note: I was surprised that I found myself taking this recipe down and wanting to make it on her very first show. Glad to see a french-cousine type Rachael Ray on the Food Network. Hope the show does well.

I was always afraid to make flank steak because it can be a tough piece of meat. After watching your new show today, I bought a smaller piece at Whole Foods. The meat turned out fabulous...and, the sauce was amazing. You made it look so easy! I can't wait to see your next episode. THANKS!

I liked the whole show esp the steak recipe.
I have been afraid of pate a choux. I didn't do this tonight but did the potatoes and the steak. We loved it- both were easy to do.
Amy was instructive and seemed to behaving fun.
