Delish and super easy! I made one big pie instead of the individual sizes, but it worked out just as well.

This recipe is excellent. I didn't change a thing. I don't have a blow torch handy, so I just put the pies under the broiler for a short period of time.

Easy and yummy. I just wish the recipe included a recipe for the right amount of pie crust. I tried something with 1 3/4 cup flour and it was too much crust.
But - if you buy your crust, like this implies, this is an easy and delicious recipe.

Instead of making individual pie servings, has anyone tried using this recipe in a large pie. I'm just wondering if there will be enough filling to fill a whole pie. Thanks!

Lemon meringue was my dad's favorite pie. He passed away recently. Discovering this recipe let's me enjoy this recipe any time. I just use the brolier instead of the blow torch to brown the tops. Just remember to watch the oven, the meringue browns quickly.

This is one of the best recipies i have used of paulas! my husband is constantly asking me to make these!
Instead of using a torch on the meringue i just put them under the broiler for a few seconds! I also put a slice of lemon on the top to give them that extra appeal!
