My husband loves tilapia and we usually go out to eat and order tilapia. I don't really care for tilapia because of its muddy taste. I wanted to try cooking this fish at home for my husband. I used this recipe for the first time - it was delicious. And my husband loved it. This recipe is a keeper. Thanks Emeril!

This was one of the recipes that I have tried on this site. This meal was delicious. I put the juices over Jasmine rice. It tasted like something from a fine restaurant.

Didn't have whole tilapia. So I used fillets instead. Cooked for 40 mins. Absolutely delicious. Also added some Cayenne Pepper for a little extra kick. Will definitely make this again.

Didn't have whole fish, but used large filet of steelhead trout. Only had to cook it about 15minutes. Delicious, my family loved it.

dont like that i had to even give it 1 star since it doesnt even deserve that high of a rating. the MOST disgusting recipe i have EVER tried. followed the directions to "T", baked as directed and had to throw it out because it was so gross. regret not having a plan B. thanks for a ruined dinner.

I am a culinary arts major and this is by far the best fish I tasted in years. This is something what i have done for my final. Only thing i changed is i used regular white wine instead of the dry wine because i did not have it.

This recipe was fantastic. There a balance between spicy and tangy that is perfect! . I prepared everything just as noted on the recipe, there is no need to change anything. My family enjoyed this recipe very much and I will sure make it again!!!

My husband, who doesn't give much compliments when it comes to my coooking, gave this recipe a six out of five. I followed everything except for the substitution of regular table salt intsead of course salt and I used half a cup of wine instead of a full cup. We enjoyed the flavors of the fish. It was very well seasoned and moist. I added this recipe to my folder of food recipes and plan to use it time and time again.

I made this recipe the first time I cooked Tilapia and it was FANTASTIC! I haven't stopped raving about the delicious flavors and am sharing it with my friends. Thank you Food Network for so many great recipes. You are better than the ton of cookbooks I already have!
