I dunno what kinda crack you one star folks are puffin, but that was some moisty goodness. And it wasn't "greasy" either.

This recipe is really good. My husband could hardly wait to eat, once he smelled it cooking. Lots of flavor and overall very healthy. I look forward to making it again. The pan drippings would be great on mashed potatoes too!

I made this last night, with a few substitutions since I couldn't find the suggested herbs. I substituted thyme and marjoram for tarragon and chives. It was simple and delicious. I made it with leftover dressing from Thanksgiving, and steamed green beans. The dressing soaked up the pan sauce and made it really tasty. I will make this again and experiment with the herb combinations. I think the basic technique works very well and was easy to execute. I will use a little less lemon, as it was bordering on being too strong for my taste. This was a good weeknight recipe.

This was delicious. All three of my kids liked it which is pretty hard to accomplish. Will make again for sure.

Great dish and easy to make. Was a little lemony but it might be that I used a very large lemon. Did it with chicken tenders and it was very tasty.
Was out of fresh terragon so I used 1 tsp. of dried, but did not taste too much the herbs. All in all was very good, everyone liked it and I will do it again!

My wife and I like this quick and easy chicken recipe. I recently retired and started doing the cooking; so I am not an accomplished cook. Yet, this recipe was delightfully delicious the first time I made it. I even found all the ingredients at the grocery store without asking anyone for help. That is as simple as it gets at our house.

When I saw Amy make this I went and bought a tarragon, parsley, and chive plant.
My family loved the fresh flavors. For side dishes I made risotto and baked butternut squash. It looked and tasted like an expensive restaurant meal.
