I watched the competition with my 2 daughters (8 and 11 and we were thrilled that Amy won. We watched this show and couldn't wait to try the dishes. Tonight we did and it met with rave reviews by all, dad included. We tried it with the potatoes and the beet salad. Moist, amazing, flavorful. We'll do it again.

I wanted Amy to win and I voted for her, I really like her she was very down to earth. And I can't wait to see all her wonderful dishes...There was a recipe she made durning the compition that one of the judges really liked and wanted the recipe im hoping she will make it soon. The chicken dish was wonderful also......the one thing I would work on is keeping your your cooking area a little cleaner and more organized...good luck

Amy, we so love you!!! Finally, a chicken meal that is delicious and approachable. We were so rooting for you, and meals like this totally confirm it. We are addicted to your food, but your cooking time was a little off on this one - but we don't care!

I found this recipe to be simple, yet it had such a wonderful, complex flavor. (I also made the beet & endive salad from the same show and loved it I look forward to more from Amy!

Amy's recipes are everything I thought they would be from her first week on Food Network Star. I love French-style recipes with fresh ingredients. The chicken was delicious. For the people who had trouble with it, fresh tarragon is like cilantro - either you love it or you hate it. Also, there is no substituting dried tarragon. It isn't even close! If your chicken was dry, it was overcooked or freezer-burned. Keep it up Amy!

I tried this recipe last night on my husband and teenage son. All 3 of us decided I did not have to make this one again. I think the recipe itself is a good one and just a matter of personal taste on our part. I've never used Tarragon before and I think the taste of the herb was what we did not like. Hubby also commented he did not like the lemon flavor in the chicken.
