This is one of my favorite ways to make lamb - so juicy and delicious! Do remember to bash up the lamb beforehand. A real treat! Goes great with baked or mashed potatoes - to soak up all the juices!

I've made it a couple of times - and it is always a huge success.

This recipe was one of the easiest I've every made and the taste was wonderful. My husband can be hard to please and he really enjoyed it! I'd serve this to company anytime. Nigella you rock!

This is so good and so easy. You can use the expensive lamb chops or go for a cheaper shoulder cut, just make sure to marinate it a bit longer and bash it a lot to tenderize. Wonderful combination of flavors!

This recipe was a hit at our house. I used pork tenderloin instead of lamb since I had all the ingredients on hand and didn't want to run to the store for lamb. My husband and sons all loved it and rated the recipe a 'keeper'.

This is a fantastic recipe. I love the heat of the crushed chili and the lemon and garlic flavors!

This recipe was so easy to make and absolutely delicious. There wasn't a scrap left at the end of dinner. The kids loved it. So glad to find a way to make lamb chops without grilling!

We only eat red meat about once a week and this was truly great! Just the right amount of heat, very tasty 'gravy" - whole family loved it - a keeper - and so quick. Thanks Nigella.

I'm not a big fan of lamb, but I am a huge fan of Nigella so I thought I'd try this recipe. It was wonderful! Very easy, as you'd expect from Nigella and so tasty, my 2 year old son even ate a cutlet which made it even better. Definitely one to add to my menu.
