I love to cook, and simple recipes are my favorite. This recipe is simple and very tasty. The glaze was wonderful and complimented the flank steak quite well. Will be making this again for just hubby and me, and also for guests. Yummy!

Full of unexpected flavor. I was unsure of how the glaze would taste with how dark it looked. I sliced the steak and then sampled the glaze and was surprised how tasty it turned out. Spooned generous amount of glaze on the stake and served with loaded baked potatoes. A big hit and this recipe is a keeper.

Simply delicious! I first made this dish as a "surprise" birthday dinner for a good friend of mine, and it turned out so good that I'm going to be making it again for not just one, but three friends of mine! This was one of the first dishes I made in my new apartment, and I was slightly concerned about cooking it properly since I have no grill or grill pan, but it turned out juicy and tender just being cooked in a skillet on the stove. I was concerned also about the glaze being too strong, but it was perfect.

This was easy to make and it tasted divine. I doubled the glaze and it was a wise move. Everyone was licking his or her plate afterwards so it was well worth the extra.

I grilled my flank steak on a George Foreman grill for 8-10 minutes on Max, and it was perfect! This dish was easy to make and when I sliced the meat and spooned the sauce over it, it looked picture perfect.
It was very good, but I think I will dilute the balsamic vinegar just a bit next time. It was just a touch too strong for our taste. I will definitely cook this again though! I'm so glad I found a nice recipe for the GF grill!
Thanks!

Me and my husband made this for dinner tonight. The sauce was really good, my husband is a steak purest and doesn't like sauce on his steak but he really liked this recipe and wants to make it again. We used a lot of fresh garlic on the flank steak, with sea salt and pepper. We cooked it on a skillet in the oven instead. I was kind of worried about the cut of meat and not marinating it but surprisingly it was tender and tasty. For people like my husband who think that putting sauce on steak covers the flavor just put a light amount of sauce on. My husband was actually trying to get more sauce off the serving platter. Hope everyone enjoys the recipe.

I really enjoyed this balsamic glaze and I know for sure that I will make it again! I used a skirt steak to go with it which was a good choice. The saltiness of the bacon and sweetness of the balsamic vinegar is a delicious combination. Give it a shot!

I made this on a weeknight but it deserves an "easy special occasion dinner" title. The steak itself was flavorful but the sauce made it a wow!!!
