    We eat a lot of flank steak, we really enjoyed this glaze. The way the directions read leads me to believe that you use all the bacon grease, which I didn't want to do, so I only left in about 1 tablespoon for flavor. I would make this again, and again.

    What a nice change for steak! I made this for my entire family one night and everyone (men, women, children loved it. It came together so quickly but still seemed like a special meal.
