This was such a simple recipe to follow. My family loved the mini calzone I made. I too, agree with the previous reviewer the recipe should have listed the size of cookie cutter Robin used on the show. Making the calzone with a large piece of pizza dough would be to large and messy to cut up. Bit size calzones are just right.
The Blue Cheese Dip was so good!

This is another recipe that is not as the chef demonstrates! The recipe states to roll the whole piece of dough into a 12 inch circle and make one huge calzone. Robin made 5 or 6 single ones. I didn't catch what size circle that she used.
