I made the Taquitos and they were sooo good. I cooked them for 20 minutes and pulled them out, added green tomatillo salsa that I bought and shredded cheese and then popped them back in the oven for another few minutes. It was delicious. The chicken filling was perfectly flavored and I loved that the tortillas got crispy in the oven. Will do this again and again!

Made the taquitos and sauce. Both really good, but took a while to make - probably an hour and lots of clean up. I'd make these again and triple the recipe to freeze for faster meals later.

My family enjoys this meal! I added some fresh jalepeno and cilantro to the salsa and left out the cinnamon. For the burritos I used canned no fat refried black beans once and canned no fat refried pintos another time both delish and cut down some time! Will make again.

After watching the show and reading the reviews I made this dish for lunch today. I used the whole chicken, which made enough for 24, and added shredded mexican cheese to the chicken mix. We loved it. I agree it does take longer then 30 minutes but I enjoyed it. The dipping sauce was a perfect topping and we liked it on the refried beans too. We eat 10 and now the rest are in the freezer - now that's definetly worth the extra time!!

These taquitos were great. The whole family enjoyed them. I added a Mexican cheese blend in with the chicken and a simple guacamole for dipping. I did notice the cooking time was a bit off. It took me over 20 minutes to bake these.

Ok, I know, I'm no Rachel Ray, and I have a 14 month old running around under my feet but the meal took me an hour plus there was so much clean up. I always wonder when people comment on it taking longer than 30 minutes how experienced of a cook they are so I will let you know that I'm an above average cook. I make at least 6 meals a week and have been cooking for many years. Ok, that little thing aside, the meal was very tasty and I will make it again. I do expect it to take less time next time because I will be more familiar with the process. My husband loved it.

For the previous reviewer--you need the sauce, that is the extra flavor you are missing. My husband has to have these once a week, he loves them! I don't always use a rotisserie chicken, if I make chicken stock, I save the meat from the chicken breasts I use, or if I roast a chicken, I just freeze the left-over meat and use that. I served these to a friend and he licked the bowl that I gave him the sauce in. A little time-consuming, but well worth it. I make chicken and cheese quesadillas, brown rice and a salad for sides.

My husband and I loved these. We especially loved the sauce. I am definitely not as fast as Rachael at cooking though. This took my husband and I about an hour to make. We were just kind of taking our time though, but it was really good!

I love the taquitos and make them all the time. Simple recipe. I always end up adding a little extra chicken, and a small can of whole corn kernels to give it some moisture and a hint of sweetness. Love them!
