    Soba noddles,,,fantastic! I used "whole wheat, buckwheat noodles" for this recipe. Worked out fine. I also used "pickled" jalapeno's, I removed the seeds.....still very good.

    As for the 5 spice blend I used it on my "chicken breasts" fantastic.

    all very very very easy to prepare. Thank you bobby flay, you are the man!!!

    where can I find Allegra's ginger lemonade? It looked SO good!!

    I love lamb and noodles and this was a dream!!!!!!!!! It will be regular at my house from now on. Also loved the Allegra A very bright young lady.
