    I broiled my eggplant (3 minutes, bast, 3 minutes. This was a delicious side item. I will definitely make it again.

    I thought this was SO-SO. My mom thought it was pretty good. It certainly is an interesting asian fusion eggplant dish. I just... didn't like it enough. Won't likely be making this one again.

    However, This dish does NOT compare to Tyler Florence's Szechwan Eggplant Stir-Fry. Make that one. It's authentic and super delicious...

    This sauce is spectacular! Anyone who does stir fry regularly should put it in their repertoire of sauces.

    I grilled the eggplant for slightly less time than called for in the recipe, but it still came out with a mushy, unappealing texture. The glaze is very good though and I will definitely use it the next time I grill pork tenderloin.

    OH bobby! it was/is a great dish...my opinion.....Double the sauce!!!!! I actually think this "mildly spicy" sauce would be great on BBQ ribs, or pork.

    ONE BIG TIP,,,,watch the eggplant,,,,could burn fast,,,

    We made this tonight as a glaze for chicken and vegetable kabobs...AMAZING! We brushed it on just as they were finishing on the grill. It was sooo delicious!

    i love this recipe i made this recipe for my mom , who usually doesn't like eggplant and even she loved it we both give it five stars we will definitely make this agian

    Dang Bobby, this is GOOD!!! Sauce would be wonderful on other grilled stuff too, pork, chicken whatever. I just had this for dinner tonight. Great recipe!!
