This had an incredible flavor. My husband said this was the best pheasant he's ever had. I will say that mine looked NOTHING like the photo! I used one pheasant and will use 2 next time. Also I didn't strain the juice when it calls for it. I also simmered the pheasant a lot longer than called for before picking it off the bone. I will definately make this again.
