I was very excited to make this recipe because I thought it would be something different from the norm. It was different alright. I made this recipe exactly as written. My whole family hated them; the muffins were moist but the taste was horrible. The garlic was over-powering and the sun-dried tomato just gave them a weird texture. Giada, I think you need to put this recipe in the circular file which is were the muffins ended up!

The corn muffins were delicious. I took the advice of other reviews and instead of mincing the garlic, I pressed the garlic. The sun-dried tomatoes and garlic made in interesting twist to an original. I would definitely recommend this recipe.

We had these muffins with Thanksgiving dinner. We loved the crewyness of the sundried tomotates, in fact we added a few extra, did 2 instead of 3 garlic cloves, and used canned corn. I had leftovers the next day with a salad.

If you are looking for the great corn muffin taste without that crumbling driedout feeling then this is for you and your family will love it!!a couple were turned off by the sun-dried tomato, but most of my large family loved them I had to make more for their trip home. thanks Giada De Laurentis

I think these were great. We loved them. The tomatoes helped keep them moist. God bless you. Have a safe & happy holiday.

Not outstanding, but good. I left out ALL garlic per the aforementioned reviews, and I'm glad I did. I think some people might not like the sun dried tomato "surprise" in the center, but my husband and I liked it. I'm planning on making them again for TG, but also having another type of roll for picky eaters.

My family really enjoyed these. I think the flavor combination is great and the garlic smell, wonderful.

My family loved these muffins - however, you must be a fan of garlic, which we are!
