    Love this recipe. Very easy to make and really good flavor. I've tried other recipes for creamed spinach and they all turned out dry and clumpy. This is definitely a keeper.

    I've used plenty of highly-rated recipes from the Food Network in the past with great success, but this one was really disappointing. I should have just went to Boston Market and picked up some of their creamed spinach instead! The cream part of this recipe turned out way too watery and didn't stay inside the spinach - it ran all over the plate when it was served. The only saving grace was the bacon, which isn't saying much since anything with bacon in it would taste good.

    I can't believe how easy and tasty this dish was to make. It reminds me of a chicago steak house creamed spinach!
