Emeril, you did it again!!! Working along side you would make my world! I love cooking and you have never steered me wrong. This turkey is the most moist, juicy, flavorful turkey I have ever eaten in my entire life. My first time ever making the Thanksgiving turkey and I could not possibly have asked for more. My family LOVED this and my mom had hesitations until she had the first bite. AMAZING!!!!!

I have been brining my turkey for a few years now and have used different recipes each year based on the best ratings and reviews. This was hands down not only the easiest but the best. This will be my go to every year now!!!!!

This was by far the best turkey I have ever roasted and will be my standard for all future turkeys! The white meat was more moist than the dark meat and the flavor was superb. The brine is much easier than recipes I used in the past and roasting breast down for the first hour probably makes a big difference. Everyone wanted the recipe and our very picky 10 year old grandson asked to take some white meat home......guess that says it all! Emeril, you never let me down!

This was the first Thanksgiving that I put a turkey breast in a brine. Turkey came out moist and delicous! Will never cook a turkey with out this brine. I used half of the brine for the turkey breast.

I have made this turkey recipe every Thanksgiving since finding it in 2007. Our family absolutely loves the turkey prepared with this brine. It makes it so moist and juicy all the way through! It's work, but it's worth it!

This was the best brine recipe I have used, very easy & the brine time of 24 hrs was perfect for me. It was juicy, tasty & tender. I used an organic turkey so maybe that made it better (LOL. It did take a bit longer to roast than I thought but that was because of the stuffing of oranges, carrot, celery, onion & herbs. So even though the button popped out saying it was done, I had to put it back in the oven for 15-20 more minutes.

Made it last year, and like many others was WOW'd by it. I'm back this year to do it again! Best turkey I've ever cooked. I did keep my turkey covered with cheesecloth, making sure to keep it moist with the broth. The color came out perfect.

This recipe is FABULOUS!! I used it last year and it was a big hit. My family asked that I cook the turkey this year just like I did last year.

This tasted just like a regular roasted turkey. Tasty but not spectacular. Maybe based on all of the 5 star ratings my expectations were too high? I did not make the broth or the gravy because the turkey generated natural juices.
