Awesome easy recipe! Have made it 3 yrs in a row and my husband and I love it! This year I am making it for christmas but instead of using an entire turkey I will be only cooking a 5 pound turkey breast since it's my husbands favorite part of the turkey. I'm sure it will still turn out fantastic!!!

Only the second time I've made a turkey...my bro-in-law is a chef and I never want to cook for the fear of criticism. Let's just say my turkey was the talk of the evening. Super moist-the meat fell off the bone and the best flavor! The gravy was delicious too. Looks like I am responsible for the turkey from now on!

This was only the second turkey I made in about 20 years. I used a 20lb turkey and adjusted the brine recipe as stated. Let me say everyone raved about this turkey! It turned out beautiful and so flavorful. Everyone wants this recipe and I plan to use it again and again. Thank you so much for this recipe.

This was my first year of making this turkey. My husband was a little iffy about it, but when we carved into it and he tasted it, he was amazed and so were our friends! It was so juicy and delicious! This had the best flavor and will be making for Christmas dinner for my mother in law.

This was awesome! I had never actually made any of the recipes from the Food Network Stars, even though I own many cookbooks. But this was fairly easy, and well worth the work! The meat was tender, and juicy

This was so good -- I'm making it agian this year at my family's request. - I stuff it & do not turn it as directed. -- Rub with lemon & brush with melted butter --PERFECT:

    Definitely try this!

I have tried many turkey recipes and they all turned out dry. I tried this and the turkey was delicious and so juicy! Love it!

We use this brine every year. Be sure to buy the freshest citrus and use good quality hawaiian sea salt. Those little touches really make it from good to great.

this is the best recipe !!!! i think this will be our third or fourth year , that i cook it like this . i am a recipe nut and always trying something new and different , thinking there is a better recipe out there-- somewhere for whatever . i quit looking for a different way to cook turkey after the first time . yes it takes more work , but it is soo worth it ! the only thing i would not do again is , cooking the turkey in a roaster . did that last year to have room in the oven , but the turkey did not brown well or crisp . it was done , just not crispy . i also let the turkey brine longer ... seems to intensify the flavors just a bit more . cant wait till turkey day !!!
