    I made this for Christmas Eve dinner with a Prime Rib. It was the best dish on the table and I received many complements! Would like to try a lower fat version on a regular night.

    This recipe is very good; I made it for Christmas dinner and everyone begged me to make it the staple potato dish for our household. The only thing that took a considerable amount of effort in the process of preparing them was scooping the meat out of the potato skins.

    I made this casserole for our New Year's Eve party. My guests really enjoyed it. It was easy to make. I added 1/2 cup of finely chopped green peppers. I might reduce the peppers to 1/4 cup the next time I make it.

    I did this dish for T-Day. This was a huge success! I don't normally cook, but this recipe was easy to follow and fun to do. Go exactly by the books and you can't go wrong.

    I along with everyone said it was wonderful, just a bit too salty. Next time I will buy low-sodium bacon and omit all the salt( thier is enough in the cheese I only had added half and it was still too much. is a new dish fav after changes. Thanks

    We loved this recipe! It was wonderful - it made a huge casserole dish and served about 12 people. I wouldn't change a thing - it was delicious!
