Officially now our most favorite fall/winter salad dressing ever! Be sure to season with salt & pepper. Delish!!

This is so delicious, especially the dressing. Assembly very easy. I had to improvise on lettuce, but I doubt it made much difference. I wouldn't hesitate to use the dressing on other salads.

So perfect for fall! I added chicken, garbanzos & avocados to make it a hearty salad for a meal. Love this!!! This recipe is being drafted into my regular menu line-up!

Made this for my in-laws along with pizza last night and we all loved it. The dressing is very simple but delicious (I used finely minced garlic instead of a shallot because I didn't have one in the house.

I made this for Thanksgiving dinner last year for two different family gatherings. It was a HUGE success. Many rave reviews on this one. I plan to make it for my 3 year old's family birthday party. Can't wait to have it again! It's sooooo good!

I made this for Thanksgiving dinner. It was so good, I have been requested to make it again for Christmas. I'm not one who likes to bring repeat dishes to events, but I have gotten so much presure that I'm afraid of what will happen if I don't. LOL.

Really great salad for Thanksgiving dinner! Everyone loved it especially the candied pecans which were so easy to make. The salad as a whole is really easy to make.

Wow, this salad was unfreakinbelievable! We LOVED it! We had it as part of our Thanksgiving meal, but I could have easily had just this for a meal all by itself. We used grapeseed oil instead of olive oil, grade B maple syrup (because it's healthier romaine and spinach mixture as the lettuce base, and totally forgot to put the parm cheese on it. It was amazing. I highly recommend this salad...yum yum!
