    Beautiful color - a bit bland, but I should have added more salt, pepper & nutmeg, then it would have been very good. Next time I would either not use the fresh sage, would pull it out at the end or cut it up. Wasn't nice to get a big string of it in a bite full.

    It was very easy to make. My family loved it and couldn't get enough of it. It was creamy with out the fat and it had a vegetable serving, but they never found out!
