Have served this for at least the last 3 years for our Annual Cinco de Mayo Fiesta with RAVE reviews. There will be 5 to 6 other entres on the table and these will be gone first. One person licked the serving plate this year to get the last drop of the Red Curry-Peanut Sauce. Little did he know that I had saved some for a Chicken, Asparagus and Red Pepper Salad for Mother's Day. A little labor-intensive but so much can be done beforehand.
