Love this dish! I used turkey kielbasa to save on the fat and calories. You won't miss a thing. It's delicious. Keep in mind, the brown rice takes about 45 mins to cook- do it first, then brown your kielbasa. It reheats well and I'll make it again. Also, a touch of hot sauce gives a nice kick.
