Gross. Total overkill on the dairy--all too common in Giada's recent recipes (her older ones tend to be better. Try "Emeril's Pasta Frittata" on this same site instead. Or you could do Giada's recipe and just use the cream and Asiago--ditch the milk, mascarpone, and mozzarella. I gave it two stars instead of one because I like her idea of doing this in a muffin pan.
