I really enjoyed this. I struggled some with scooping the potato out of the shell without tearing them up, but found they "glued" themselves back into place when I put the filling in them. I also added some crispy bacon bits! I have tried it with chedder cheese as well to very good reviews. Thank you.

I used imitation crab I had on hand, turned out great. A bunch more butter and
I would have felt I was at my favorite seafood restaurant.

This was very easy - my picky kids loved these potatoes. It was a full meal! Go a little heavy on the crab meat though if you like sea food! Yummy!

This recipe was well received, but I expected a stronger flavor. I used more crab and less potato and still felt like it wasn't as unique as it should have been.

This recipe is awesome. It looked good on TV but its even better than I imagined. I goofed and forgot the sour cream. I used french onion dip instead and it was great!

There was nothing wrong with this recipe, but nothing very special either. When you consider the cost of the crab and the effort I don't think it is worth it and I would not make it again.

This is a super special way to make twice backed potatoes. Without the crab they are to die for but with King Crab added to them they are fit for a king (or your special best friends. Jim in So. Calif.
