I don't know why so few people have tried this recipe, it's amazing. It works with Lobster, shrimp, or crab. I would guess almost any kind of shellfish would be great. I've done it with diced lobster as the recipe calls for, but 2 pounds of shredded Snow Crab meat is even better. Just like the poster above says, use less sauce than called for (maybe 1 1/4 cup sauce, 2 cups overpowers the delicate seafood.
Oh, and 14 garlic cloves may seems like a lot, but once pan roasted they become a wonderful sweet tone in the delicate balanced symphony that is this dish.

I made this recipe using 1 1/2 lb. 15 count shrimp, prepared with Old Bay Seasoning. I also used less tomato sauce so it would not overpower the rest of the flavors. WOW what great flavors, each one distinct. This definitely is a keeper for both family and guests.
