I made this per the recipe the first time. It was great. Since then, I've eliminated the sausage inside the chop, and replaced it with various subs like collard greens and feta cheese. This is a great dish.

Even my husband(who is hard to please and doesn't like anything microwaveable unless it is being warmed and kids gave this a 5 (my oldest said a 10. I am a working wife and mom and enjoy making homecooked meals for my family and this wasn't time consuming and since I already knew of the cornbread stuffing recipe (I cook it for all holidays because my husband will not eat Stove Top so it didn't take long to prepare, cook and eat. This was the first time to experience Hollandaise sauce and it was a nice compliment to the meal. I definitely recommend this recipe!!! BAMM!!!!!
