    So simple, so easy, so fabulous! What great flavor in a short amount of time! I substituted basil for the rosemary, as I prefer that flavor and sour cream for the creme fraiche. Raves from the family and I have made it 3 times in the last month. Thanks, Giada-I love your recipes!

    Very tasty. A great & easy way to get extra veggies in your diet. I skipped the heavy cream & lemon topping because I felt it was good without it....plus didn't think it needed the calories of the cream.

    Awesome tomato soup. I've made it a couple of times already. Can substitute creme fraiche with sauer cream and it's just as good.

    Delicious! I didn't use the butter at all (used Pam instead and I used greek yogurt in place of the creme fraiche. Super low cal and super yummy! Best tomato soup recipe I've made -- and I've made lots!

    I LOVE this recipe. It is as easy as it is good. Great with a grilled cheese. The red pepper flakes add a nice little kick as well. Instead of whipping cream to top I used non-fat greek yogurt and it was just as good without all the fat and calories. I usually double the recipe so we have enough for lunch the next day!

    I've made this soup several times. I follow Giada's recipe exactly, and it comes out perfect every time. Easy, and great to make and serve when you're entertaining.

    I have made this recipe countless times and felt it was about time to write a review. All I can say is this recipe is quick, easy, healthy, and delicious and a great choice if you want a quick soup. I subsitute the butter for olive oil to make it healthier. I have made it both ways and can't tell a difference so would recommend it if you want to avoid the saturated fat
