This is crazy good! I am not a huge beef fan, nor a squash fan but cooked together with this exact recipe combination....awesome!

I followed the recipe exact and it was so delicious! The rosemary went so well with the butternut squash! Very savory and rich, will make again!

Very very good! I don't like squash so used baby potatoes instead but it's just as delicious.

I really loved this stew, with it's unique flavors. Will add the squash later but will make for company this winter. Thanks Giada.

Happy New Year! Just finished making the stew, and it is fantastic! The sauce is way too thin, so I also used the cornstarch and water to thicken. I did add not as much liquid to the pot, because of the other reviews.

This is my second season using this recipe. Now that it is stew season, it will be my "go to" stew recipe. I like the butternut squash, but I also make it with the usual stew veggies.

Delicious! I used teaspoon size dry herbs instead of fresh and added a sweet potato and a table spoon brown sugar to balance the acid. I will make this again! I served it with Brie and bread and Cabernet !!!!!
