In a word: EXTRAORDINARY texture and bite. A lot going on there, and perfectly spiced, too. I will use this recipe forever.

These were pretty tasty (better than your average oatmeal cookie but not amazing. I couldn't really taste the cardamon.

Not only are they really tasty, but they're easy to make. It was great to find a simple recipe that my 3 year old can help with. She loves to bake. The cookies have just the right amount of sweetness and chewiness. I was really pleased with them.

I needed a quick, "knock them off your socks" cookie recipe for an office pitch-in the next day.

This recipe was easy, did not include any exotic ingredients, and the results were wonderful! Even my chocolate-chip fanatic husband may have been converted.

This one just went into my permanent recipe book.

These cookies are soooooooo good, that if you're trying to watch your weight - don't make 'em! I ate at least 4!

If you do make them and they aren't 'flavorful' check your spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, & ginger for freshness. I'm glad I checked my ginger as it was stale.

I also added 1/2 cup of semi-sweet chips and about 1 tbsp of chopped walnuts, but in all honesty .. the cookies are probably great without these extras.

These turned out great. You can leave the cardamon out and it will taste fine. I also added white chocolate chips to this recipe, and that worked well.

My boyfriend and I cooked these for a progressive dinner, along with a few other desserts. They were very easy to make, not too sweet, and you can taste the different spices. One thing I was kind of angry about- cardamon is expensive! We paid 8 bucks for a bottle. I'd definetly make these cookies again.
