This recipe is a bit unconventional for me. Since I have my cookbooks in storage I have to depend on Food Net. to help me out for the traditional recipes I have always used a s a guideline. It was simple enough, just a difference in ingredients for me.

This is a great recipe. The pudding comes out a delicious vanilla flavor and the bananas are a nice addition. Great and easy crust recipe too!!!

This is not!!! a diet food!. But, it will be the base receipe for my cream pies.
I like the idea of using the whole egg and not just the yolk.

This pie took about 30 minutes from start to finish, and it was so easy. I haven't tried it yet, (it's a gift, but it smelled delicious. The skills required for this recipe are basic, and the equipment is too. This is a great recipe for someone who doesn't have a lot of time, or experience.
