Wedding Cake Surprise When:

- Four cake decorators will create a wedding cake for a local bride, while working
with a mystery assistant that will be revealed to them on the morning of the competition.

Theme:
- Four cake decorators will create a cake for a mystery client, who will be
introduced to them on the morning of the competition. The cake will be served at an event
for the client on the following day.

- Four chocolatiers will re-create four of the world’s best sculptures, entirely out of
chocolate.

Italian Family Feast When: - Friday, June 27, 2008
- Time: 9:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Theme:
- Three professional chefs will compete in two rounds to create an appetizer,
salad, pasta dish, entrée and dessert while displaying exceptional flavor profiles, cooking
techniques and presentation. Competitors will take a modern and contemporary approach
to classic Italian cuisine. The catch: Each competitor will be given two mystery assistants
on the morning of the competition.
