Italian Family Feast When: - Friday, June 27, 2008
- Time: 9:30 a.m. 6:30 p.m.
Theme:
- Three professional chefs will compete in two rounds to create an appetizer,
salad, pasta dish, entrée and dessert while displaying exceptional flavor profiles, cooking techniques and presentation. Competitors will take a modern and contemporary approach to classic Italian cuisine. The catch: Each competitor will be given two mystery assistants on the morning of the competition.
