Today, Giada's leaving boring turkey sandwiches behind, by getting really creative with Thanksgiving leftovers. She'll make a light turkey Bolognese to stir into spaghetti, add chestnut stuffing to meatloaf, and even make use of leftover mashed potatoes in her to-die-for Eggs in Purgatory.
