Bridge City Gumbo Festival - Bridge City, LA

Almost as integral to New Orleans as Mardi Gras, a hoot-n-holler tribute to Cajun's version of spicy stew. More than 20 locals will compete in the seafood and chicken gumbo categories. Over 2,000 gallons of gumbo will be served to the crowd.
