Ham on the Street combines cooking, food facts, and hidden-camera comedy as host George Duran, a young American chef and comic personality, takes food into the streets. Each episode of Ham is a humorous and informative exploration of a different food topic, from straight-forward subjects such as "Breakfast" to themes with a twist like "Insomniac Cuisine." The heart of Ham is George's hilarious, man-on-the-street interactions, as he quizzes regular people on simple food knowledge to get some incredibly funny responses -- or gets them to participate (knowingly and not) in his inspired bits of sketch comedy. In his culinary quest, George will recruit a fascinating cast of characters for his foodie pursuits. And in between the food facts and comedy, George will create fast, hip, and easy dishes for the everyday cook.
