There’s only one thing more scary that the big day itself–and that’s the rehearsal dinner. So when a friend's daughter doesn’t know what desserts to serve or how to set the tables, Ina steps in to help. Miguel's on hand to create two possible table settings and Ina's making two desserts–a wonderful syrupy Baba au Rhum and an Ile Flottante, floating meringues on a puddle of creme anglaise with a crispy praline topping.
